Plastic injection mold making

 Established in 1990 in Longmont, Colorado T&C Machine is a small shop with low over head that allows for very competitive pricing and quick turn around for our molds. Since the start, our mission has been to efficiently and effectively provide quality molds for diverse applications that meet our customers expectations. We have built hundreds of tools varying from small interchangeable inserts used in a MUD set to multiple cavity tools with slides, lifters and very complex movements.

Generally we would like to keep plastic part size at a minimum of 1 inch square with a maximum of 30 inches long by 18 inches wide  and depending upon our work load and the complexity of the part we can build simple tools in 2-3 weeks.
